About Valerie
As someone who is passionate about helping others navigate important healthcare decisions, I bring more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry to my work at All Stages Insurance Solutions. After obtaining my Health and Life license in 2024, I chose to focus on Individual Health and Medicare coverage, with a strong emphasis on helping clients confidently understand and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans.
I am deeply committed to serving my community and take pride in building lasting relationships with the individuals and families I work with. I work closely with clients to ensure they find coverage that fits their healthcare needs, financial goals, and stage of life.
My experience in Employer Group Health, COBRA, and FMLA administration has given me a strong foundation in employee benefits and client advocacy. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from University of Idaho and remain committed to delivering clear communication, trusted service, and tailored insurance solutions that help clients feel confident in their coverage decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding with my husband and two adult daughters. I also love traveling, listening to music, exploring diverse ethnic cuisines, and capturing photos of the meals I enjoy along the way.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Valerie relocated to Northern Nevada in 2010 and brings over two decades of experience within the insurance industry. Her extensive background in Employer Group Health, COBRA, and FMLA administration equips her with a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits. Valerie is committed to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of benefits programs by delivering personalized, tailored solutions. Before this, I joined the Group department at Hendricks & Associates in January 2013, where I spent more than a decade gaining extensive experience in employee benefits, client relations, and benefits administration. My years there allowed me to build strong industry knowledge, develop lasting professional relationships, and strengthen my commitment to delivering exceptional service and personalized support to clients. I am truly grateful for the mentorship, support, and opportunities I received throughout my years with the company.
